If you face any issue related to:

• Preference

• Damaged/Defective Product

You can contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Products must be:

• Unused & unworn

• In original packaging

• With tags intact


An unboxing video may be required for verification, especially for damaged or incorrect items.

EXCHANGE PROCESS


Once our team verifies the request, we’ll help you with:

• Size exchange

• Alternative product

• Store credit (if required)

All exchanges depend on product availability.

Exchange processing usually takes 5–7 working days after verification.

SHIPPING NOTE

Reverse shipping charges are to be managed by the customer.

Please pack products properly to avoid damage during return transit.
